The 2017 Alabama Attorney General's Law Enforcement Summit will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 8:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M., at Frazer United Methodist Church in Montgomery. There is no cost to attend the summit; however, online registration is required. No walk-ins will be allowed.
The Attorney General's Law Enforcement Summit is designed to educate Alabama law enforcement on engaging topics affecting the performance of their duties. Participation is limited to Alabama law enforcement agency personnel, attorneys, and other government officials. This year’s summit will include discussions about digital piracy, digital evidence, school safety, and handling mental health related situations. As always, the summit will have excellent instructors, and lunch will be provided.
The Law Enforcement Summit is approved by the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission for six (6) executive level CEU’s. The summit has also been approved by the Alabama State Bar for five and a half (5.5) MCLE hours. These are not ethics hours.
