The Alabama Attorney General’s Consumer Interest Division is excited to make available its publicly-searchable license and registration database. Certain organizations or businesses that fundraise for charitable purposes, perform telemarketing activities, or operate Health Studios in the State of Alabama are required to register with the Attorney General’s Office. Some charitable organizations have applied for and been granted an exemption from Alabama’s registration requirement. These charities can also be searched in the database. Registration data is taken directly from each registration application. The database allows the public quick access to this useful information.
