AG TO HOST SAFETY AND PRIVACY ASSEMBLY WITH FACEBOOK AT SPAIN PARK HIGH SCHOOLPublic is invited to attend, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3 (MONTGOMERY) – On Tuesday, September 3, Attorney General Luther Strange will partner with the Facebook Public Policy Office to host a “Safety and Privacy” event at Spain Park High School. The event will be hosted at the Spain Park High School Theater for students and their parents beginning at 6 p.m. The “Safety and Privacy” event is an ongoing partnership with Facebook and the National Association of Attorneys General for an Online Privacy Consumer Education Campaign. The interactive assembly will be led by Attorney General Luther Strange and Brooke Oberwetter of the Facebook Public Policy Office. The press and general public are invited to attend. Safety and Privacy on Facebook EventWHEN: Tuesday, September 3 6 to 7 p.m. LOCATION: Spain Park High School Theater 4700 Jaguar Drive Hoover, AL 35242 The Alabama Attorney General’s Office, along with 20 state and territorial Attorneys General, joined the consumer education campaign focused around safety and privacy. The campaign created an “Ask the Safety Team” video series and a tip sheet on privacy which offer advice on how to control your information online.
